Quality policy
At Nolato, we shall always meet our customers’ exacting requirements, needs and expectations with sensitivity and a customer focus, thus delivering services and products of the right quality, every time.
We shall achieve this through our employees’ professionalism and commitment, ongoing quality training, carefully-designed quality systems and continuous, proactive improvement.
All the group’s operations shall be quality certified in accordance with ISO 9000 and/or industry-specific certification. We also require that our suppliers have effective quality systems and share our views when it comes to quality.
Our quality performance shall be evaluated on an ongoing basis by taking measurements, recording deviations and carrying out external audits.
Quality systems
All Nolato units are certified in accordance with the requirements of the quality system ISO 9001. A number of units are also certified in accordance with ISO standards for the automotive industry (ISO 16949) or medical technology (ISO 13485).Nolato Cerbo was certified at the end of 2008 in accordance with the requirements of the new pharmaceutical packaging standard, ISO 15378, making it one of the first companies in the world to achieve this certification.
Nolato Beijing is certified according to OHSAS 18001, an international occupational health and safety standard.
A number of other units, including Nolato Hungary, have integrated the various management systems in order to cover a broader operational area.
