In addition to traditional single-component injection moulding, the techniques we use also include 2K, 3K, gas injection, physical foaming, IMD, IML and IMF. Our high levels of expertise, cutting-edge machinery and continuous process monitoring allow us to ensure consistent, high levels of production quality.
Our machinery includes robots for streamlined mould selection, in-machine assembly, precise component positioning within the plate or other techniques for optimising production.
We often use fully-automated cells built around one or more injection-moulding machines, giving a component which is complete, assembled and sometimes even packaged as well. Of course, after having been checked and approved.
However, it is equally important to find the optimum combination of moulds and injection-moulding processes - even before production begins - in order create a sound basis for smooth production, together with ongoing machinery maintenance and staff development, and in combination with constant improvements.
