We offer punching, rotary die cutting and laser
Ever since its start in 1968, Nolato Lövepac has used flat bed punching, assembly, lamination, cutting and packaging in the manufacture of gaskets. Since then, other techniques such as rotary die cutting and laser have been added. Different techniques are often combined in order to be able to offer an optimal solution.
Flat bed punching
This technique is used in hydraulic and excenter presses, most often with hard and/or thick material, where greater press force is needed.
Rotary die cutting
Rotary die cutting is suitable for converted products, often supplied on rolls. Tape is the most common product. Others are thin metal foils, textiles, thin foam materials, and various plastics. This technique offers an impressive level of precision at high speeds, which means low production cost for large volumes.
Laser
This technique enables tool-less, and thus fast, production of prototypes of certain materials for testing purposes.
We can also offer assembling, laminating and packaging.
Assembly
This technique involves the joining of various materials through welding, riveting or taping, and often solves many problems for customers, especially cost-related ones.
Laminating
Laminating two or more materials can provide properties that a single material cannot offer. Tape is often one of the materials laminated with plastics, textiles and foam materials or metals.
Packaging
Nolato Lövepac can offer packaging by fully or partially automatic machinery or by hand.
