We are always looking for new talent to join our team with previous experience in the following areas:

Injection moulding
Process engineering
Toolmaking
Quality and regulatory affairs
Production operations with cleanroom/GMP experience

After you apply for an open position, our Human Resources department will review your application and follow up to discuss your application and schedule an interview if we have relevant job opportunities open. Depending on the type of role, you may be asked to interview more than once with the relevant hiring managers and department managers.

Educational Reimbursement

To encourage employees to become more effective on the job and to increase their potential for development within our organisation, Avenue maintains an Educational Reimbursement Programme. All regular full-time and part-time employees with at least 12 months of continuous service prior to enrollment are eligible to apply for job-related courses and seek reimbursement of the college fees.

We are proud to have supported employees at all levels who have completed training courses – from short-term courses to degree level – using the Avenue Educational Reimbursement Program.
