Paid apprenticeships
Avenue’s Apprenticeship Programme is a unique way to gain hands-on technical experience with structured education. Apprenticeships open up exciting and rewarding careers, with learning grounded in the practical experience of undertaking a real job. Our dual system is a blended combination of on-the-job, employer-based training and off-the-job development, with formal education and training alternating between the workplace and a local education or training centre.
