Auditors

The Auditor is elected by the shareholders at the AGM to audit the company’s annual report and accounts, and the Board and CEO’s management of Nolato. The auditor also reviews the remuneration of senior executives and the corporate governance report. Reporting takes place to the Board and the Audit Committee. At the AGM, the auditor provides information about the auditing work and observations made in an auditors’ report.

Auditor elected by AGM

The 2025 Annual General Meeting elected Ernst & Young AB as Nolato’s auditors until the end of the 2026 Annual General Meeting, with authorized public accountant Karoline Tedevall as the principal auditor.

Auditor

Karoline Tedevall is an authorized public accountant and has worked at EY since 2002. Karoline holds a master’s degree in business administration and mainly focuses on listed companies and large international groups.
