Monika Grzesiecka

I have over 24 years of work experience, and in Nolato Stargard I started my adventure 8 years ago, holding a managerial position in the administration and HR department to this day. 

Employment in a manufacturing company, and in addition a medical one, was a real challenge for me, but also an opportunity to develop and achieve professional satisfaction. 

Professional development for me is, above all, expanding my knowledge, acquiring new competences and meeting interesting and new people. This is what I have been experiencing for many years, conscientiously fulfilling my daily duties at Nolato Stargard.

ISO, standards, procedures, SOP's, clean rooms ... these were terms that were completely incomprehensible and unknown to me until I got employed in a medical company, where such vocabulary is the basis, but "the devil is not as black as he is painted", you can learn everything and thanks to many training's, wonderful and helpful colleagues, everything became clear and understandable.

At work I do not complain about routine and everyday boredom, in the last 8 years the company has managed to change the owner, significantly increase the number of employees and increase its surface area, which for me meant even more new faces, and thus, variety of problems and subsequent matters to be solved.

What I like the most about this job is the fact that I never know what to expect every day, there is always something surprising, which always presents me with new challenges and allows me to make the best use and develop the knowledge and skills acquired at schools and on various types of training's.

I am glad that I am part of a dynamically developing company, with a family, positive atmosphere, which allows me to fulfill myself and to make my passions come true. Therefore, I identify fully with it.
