Nolato PPT’s EMI cable glands are available in either brass or stainless steel.
Their construction is made up of 4 parts. The main body, the knitted mesh olive, the cap and the locknut.
The cable gland works like any normal cable gland. However, the primary difference is that we use a knitted wire mesh olive.
Once the cap is tightened the body compressed the olive around the cable, thus providing a high level of electrical conductivity between the cable and the gland body.
