This document brings together our core business principles and values in terms of business mission, vision, how we achieve our vision and, of course, our Basic Principles. Our Code of Conduct (‘the Code’) is a separate document; it serves as an ethical compass, guiding everything we do, and should always be followed by all Nolato employees.

Nolato's Code of Conduct

Nolato’s Code of Conduct is a fundamental part of our operations. It serves as an introduction and guide to our core business principles and our way of conducting business.

The Code provides binding guidelines on how our business principles and values should be put into practice. It serves as our ethical compass and corporate policy to be followed by all employees within the Group, as well as by consultants and suppliers, irrespective of workplace and function.

Nolato's Supplier Code of Conduct

Nolato’s Supplier Code of Conduct (the “Code”) is in line with the Nolato Group internal Code of Conduct, which is a fundamental part of our operations.

Nolato is committed to contributing to sustainable development for present and future generations. This includes identifying, preventing, mitigating, and accounting for adverse environmental, human rights and governance impacts in our own operation and supply chain, and we expect the same commitment from our suppliers.
