Compashield®
Process: Extrusion forms silicone rubber into continuous profiles, ideal for long gaskets with a constant cross-section. A key advantage is our ability to splice ends, producing o-rings, including those with a hollow core, to optimize compression force.
We provide extensive support throughout the extrusion process, from material selection guidance to mechanical design and tooling expertise. Our capabilities also include the customization and modification of not only the mechanics and geometry of the seal, but also the materials themselves. Compashield®
Process: Molding shapes silicone rubber under heat and pressure within a mold cavity, ideal for complex geometries and intricate features.
Our molding capabilities include compression, injection, and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding, including overmolding for integrated solutions. We offer comprehensive mechanical and tool design services, and our design for manufacturing expertise ensures that your molded IP sealing solution meets the most demanding application requirements. We also offer customization and modification of both the mechanics/geometry and the materials.

Process: Dispensing applies liquid silicone directly onto a part using automated equipment, curing in place to form a gasket.
