Micromolding

Micromolding is a concept used in making either extremely small components or parts from temperature-sensitive materials.

For more than 20 years Nolato has been a pioneer, helping customers develop and manufacture extremely small components for critical medical applications.

A wide range

In addition to a wide range of plastic engineering resins, we are experienced in micromolding high-performance materials such as PEEK, PSU, LCP and soft materials like silicone and TPE.

Advanced metrology capabilities

We use soft materials such as silicone and TPE.

Critical process

Since these components are extremely small, the handling of parts after the injection molding process is critical and very challenging.

Extremely small components

A typical component weighs one-thousandth of a gram (0.001 g) and is less than a millimeter in size.

Handling solutions

We provide efficient solutions for the handling of microcomponents by both Nolato and customers.

Materials

We use high-performance materials such as PEEK, LCP, PSU and PPS.
Micro Molding

TECHNOLOGY

We design tailored handling systems for efficient logistical solutions that optimize the entire supply chain, including assembly processes, for customers.
