In addition to a wide range of plastic engineering resins, we are experienced in micromolding high-performance materials such as PEEK, PSU, LCP and soft materials like silicone and TPE.

Critical process
Since these components are extremely small, the handling of parts after the injection molding process is critical and very challenging.
Extremely small components
A typical component weighs one-thousandth of a gram (0.001 g) and is less than a millimeter in size.

We provide efficient solutions for the handling of microcomponents by both Nolato and customers.

We use high-performance materials such as PEEK, LCP, PSU and PPS.
