RBA silver recognition for Nolato Technology Dongguan

Nolato Technology Dongguan has achieved RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Silver Recognition after completing a series of VAP (Validated Assessment Program) audits covering labor, ethics, health and safety, and environmental manage­ment in line with the RBA-VAP standard and the RBA Code of Conduct. During a one-year period, the facility completed three audits - one initial audit and two follow-up audits - and improved its score from 125.5 to 181.5, corresponding to a 45 percent increase. The result reflects strong leadership from top management, clear priorities, the allocation of the right resources, and committed cross-functional teamwork across the site.  

More than an audit result, the Silver Recognition reflects a broader development in how Nolato Technology Dongguan works with transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. It is an achievement built on the efforts of many colleagues and an encouraging step forward in the com­pany’s long-term work to strengthen responsible manufacturing.
