Conductive particle filled silicone

Our Conductive silicone gaskets are constructed from silicone containing metal powder fillers which combne to produce high levels of attenuation ith excellent environmental shielding and a high level of conductivity. Many types of filler, from nickel to pure silver, are available to suit a wide range of applications. There are also Fluorosilicone varients for use in the presence of hydrocarbon contamination.

Conductive silicone extrusion

Extruded conductive silicones are available as solid or hollow round, solid or hollow ‘D’ shape, ‘U’ channel, rectangular or solid or hollow ‘P’ shape extrusion profiles. For these conductive particle filled silicone extrusions, being fitted into a correctly dimensioned groove or channel will provide the most effective sealing and emi shielding performance.

Conductive silicone die-cut gaskets

Conductive particle filled silicone produced in sheet form or as die-cut flat gaskets.

Conductive elastomer extruder profiles

Our Extruded Conductive Silicones are available as:

  • Bespoke profiles

The profiles can be vulcanised joined to create completed O-rings. Fitment of these conductive particle filled silicone extrusions is crucial to get the optimum Environmental and EMC Seal. 

That is why we can supply the extrusions with conductive adhesive or advise on recommended groove or channel dimensions.

Conductive elastomer die-cut parts

Our Conductive Elastomer Die Cut Parts are available as:

  • Moulded Sheets
  • Cut Gasket

Our Conductive Elastomer Die Cut Parts are manufactured by moulding sheets or ‘blanks’ to the required thickness and cutting the gasket shapes on our incredibly accurate Atom CNC knife cutter, or by traditional die and press method (depending on the design). 

As we manufacture our materials in house, we can meet the high tolerance requirements often requested by our clients.

If you would rather cut the gaskets yourselves, we can supply just the sheet material.

Mil-spec parts and specialist compounds

Our Mil-Spec Parts & Specialist Compounds are available as:

  • Mil-Spec
  • UL94-V0 and FR
  • Fluorosilicone
  • EPDM

Our unique position within the industry means that we can supply all Mil-Spec conductive elastomer parts in the UK and Europe.

These parts are critical to the Defence industry. In addition, we have various UL94-V0, and Fire-Retardant compounds for fire and smoke critical applications.

These specialist compounds can be extruded or moulded as sheet and die cut into gaskets.
