Customer Account Specialist

The Customer Account Specialist supports customers in a manufacturing environment by managing orders, responding to inquiries, and service issues. This role plays a key part in our sales goals, maintaining delivery expectations, and strengthening customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day customer service operations such as new order entry, maintaining the price history file, and open order reporting.
- Notifies customers of delivery information once the order has been acknowledged by manufacturing. Reconciles with customer any differences between requested delivery and acknowledged delivery dates.
- Responsible for maintaining system for order & customer correspondence.
- Responsible for tracking the delivery.
- Serves as liaison between the customer and other internal departments.
- Coordinate with both production and shipping teams to prevent service disruptions. Interacts with Nolato GWs Business Unit Managers & Field Sales staff to service customer accounts and to meet annual sales goals and objectives established for various accounts.
- Focus on monthly sales and maintain quarterly and annual customer Forecasts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining continuity across both Vermont sites.
- Maintain RMA process from initiation through resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5-7 years related.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts.
- Must be able to function well in a team-oriented.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
- Professional.
- Some travel.
- Must have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluency in Spanish a plus.
