Maintenance Technician

Come join Nolato Contour's team as a maintenance technician! You will be primarily responsible for preventive maintenance, general repairs and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and building.

Nolato Contour specializes in injection molding and assembly of plastic and silicone for medical/pharma customers.

We have immediate openings for maintenance technicians on 12-hour day shifts and 12-hour night shifts.

  • Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment.
  • Observes mechanical devices in operation and diagnosis of malfunctions.
  • Makes approved modifications to machinery and equipment to meet production needs.
  • Repairs and replaces defective parts.
  • Starts equipment to test their performance.
  • Set up shop tools and equipment.
  • Maintains, installs, and repairs electrical equipment.
  • Keeps accurate maintenance records and ensures that all revisions to equipment and tools are properly recorded.
  • Building and grounds maintenance.
  • Support and comply with all ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14000 Policies, Procedures, SOP’s, Work Instructions as they apply to the job classification or specifically assigned job and complete as directed all required training related to these standards.
  • Adheres to all safety procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Keeps work area clean of debris.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent training is desired.
  • Two to four years of experience in the following: 
    1) Welding Fabrication
    2) Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatics
    3) Plumbing
    4) Compressors and Vacuum Systems
    5) HVAC
    6) Blueprint reading
    7) Basic PLC knowledge
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have good attendance
  • Employee is required to sit, stand, walk, bend and occasionally lift or move up to 70 pounds.


  • 12-hour shifts from either 7:00 AM-7:30 PM or 7:00 PM-7:30 AM                                                                 12-hour shifts are on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule; 2 days working, 2 days off, 3 days working. Work 3 days one week and 4 days next week – have every other weekend off!
