HR Assistant / Receptionist

We are looking for an HR Assistant who will have a broad base of key responsibilities in the Nolato GW México facility in Human Resources and Customer Service matters

Our HR Assistant/ Receptionist is a key member of the team.

 

Description:

To assist the department with different HR matters, such as as payroll administration, recruitment and selection, training, customer service to our internal an external customers, among others.

 

Main responsibilities:

- Receive visitors, provide them with equipment (when needed) and redirect them with the members of the team

- Receive front desk calls to provide general information

- Administrate documentation for visitors (suppliers, customers, etc)

- Coordinate and administrate payroll of employees (weekly and semimonthly)

- Review and administrate special payroll payments (Christmas bonus, profit sharing, food vouchers, etc)

- Review payments to authorities on time (Infonavit, IMSS, Fonacot)

- Recruitment and selection for new hirings (production operators)

- Administration of hirings, terminations, salary modifications and medical leave of employees

- New hiring/ termination documentation elaboration

- Monthly purchase of department supplies (office, cleaning and others supplies)

- Invoice reception in weekly bases for accounting department.

 

Requirements

- Bachelor degree (Psychology, administration or accounting)

- Experience of 3 years in payroll administration, labor law, recruitment and selection (operative level) and customer service.

- Experience working with Contpaqi Nominas

- Organized, positive,  enthusiastic and service oriented attitude 

- Great communication skills

-  English intermediate-advanced 

- Microsoft Office intermediate-advanced

- Desirable previous experience working with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485
