The Mexico Sales Engineer will have a broad base of responsibilities in support of the Mexico Sales Management, Field Sales, Marketing, and Corporate activities. Nolato GW México is looking for a talented Engineer with sales and cost estimation experience, preferable in the plastic injection field.


  • Responsible for pre-assessing all incoming RFQ’s from customers and prospects to determine if they are well suited or strategic to Nolato GW´s  core business and vet those opportunities that are not.
  • Responsible for creating all new opportunities on Sales Force for Queretaro specific RFQ activity and record updates as they take place to ensure all information reviewed during Quote
  • Council and directly with customers is captured accurately.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in generate pricing drafts, structuring the different volume scenarios, and different customer formats (including CBD’s).
  • Responsible for uploading quotes to all customer RFQ platforms/portals. 
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager covering/attending the different customer and new project development meetings with customers; so commercial support and/or input are always provided and open items captured for closure.
  • Maintain/log customer quotation files, correspondence files, and retrieve active or archived files when necessary.
  • As experience is gained, prospects will be assigned to the Sales Engineer to lead conversion into a new customer.
  • Support Sales Manager with hosting formal and informal customer visits to NGWQ, when needed (company presentation, plant tour, open items discussions).
  • Assist Sales Manager with quotation follow-up to ensure Salesforce is up to date and accurately reporting new business opportunities.
  • Support sales and marketing team with Salesforce data entry, contact updates, leads and contract maintenance.
  • Assist on special projects as required.
  • Assist Corporate Marketing team with any required information from the area.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 
  • High level of English (written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • CRM software experience (such as with Salesforce) a plus.
  • Creative, high energy, entrepreneurial self-starter and doer who is self-reliant to get things done.  Hands-on ability to effectively plan and organize to meet goals and objectives, which are frequently under aggressive schedules.  
  • Exceptional professional appearance, presence, and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong ethics with the poise and flexibility to operate effectively in diverse, sometimes international, business cultures.
  • Collaborative, team-building skills with various disciplines in a high growth environment characterized by innovation, significant participation and change.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
  • Flexibility to travel national or international as required (passport and Visa to travel within US is preferred).
  • Attention to detail is a must.
