The Technical Inside Sales Coordinator will have a broad range of responsibilities in support of Nolato GW’s Sales Management, Business Development, and Marketing activities. This position is an inside sales role with the potential for account management responsibilities.

Ideal for someone interested in growing within business development or transitioning from a technical position into sales, the Technical Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the quotation process for new business. This includes creating each opportunity within Salesforce, coordinating with a cross-functional business development and engineering team, and consolidating/distributing the final quotation.

The Technical Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the quotation process and reporting activities for the Nolato GW sales group, , including opportunity pricing, customer profitability analysis, and material price changes . The Technical Inside Sales Coordinator will have the opportunity to initiate interaction with customers directly and grow into an account management role.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES and responsibilities:

  • Generate customer quotation opportunities in Salesforce database and communicate quotation action items to relevant team members.

  • Assist with opportunity pricing as needed.

  • Consolidate cost sheets from Engineering and pricing from Business Development into final customer quotation. Work with relevant Business Development Managers/VP on quotation approvals. Distribute final quotation to customer and ensure all opportunity data is saved to appropriate system.

  • Quotation processing includes new production pricing, material price increases, and no-quote letters.

  • Host weekly Quotation Status Report meetings with Business Development and Engineering teams for three different business areas.

  • Coordinate and log all updates to Salesforce records/customer quotation files including new contacts, division information, opportunity back-up, etc.

  • Add all Business Development and Marketing contracts to Salesforce and support other data entry as necessary.

  • Submit monthly Mold Warranty letters to active customers.

  • Generate and distribute Business Development reports for monthly Progress Meeting.

  • Work with Business Development and Customer Service teams to improve quotation tracking through closed business cycle and add internal tracking numbers to system.

  • Retrieve active or archived opportunity files when necessary.

  • Manage departmental supplies and promotional products, order business cards.

  • Assist with preparations for customer visits, presentations, travel arrangements, and other tasks as needed.

  • Coordinate internal/customer audit files and requests for more information.

  • Assist Marketing with international tradeshow/other event preparations.

  • Coordinate with Marketing and Human Resources to order promotional items and company apparel.

  • Assist Marketing with corporate customer survey data coordination.

  • Support Marketing multimedia activities including photo and video shoots.

  • Assist Marketing with other promotional/reporting duties as needed.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; or the equivalent in work-related experience.

  • Previous CRM experience (particularly Salesforce) preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel.

  • Previous experience with a CMS (particularly WordPress or Sitecore), inbound marketing software (particularly HubSpot), and Adobe Creative Suites a plus.

  • Technically strong, with the ability to suggest and implement technical process improvements to continue to streamline the quotation cycle.

  • Creative, high energy, and entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-reliant. Hands-on ability to effectively plan/organize to meet goals, which are frequently under aggressive schedules.

  • Professional appearance, presence, and communication skills (both written and oral).

  • Strong ethics with the poise and flexibility to operate effectively in diverse, international business cultures.

  • Collaborative, team-building skills with various disciplines in a high-growth environment characterized by innovation and significant participation.

  • Attention to detail is a must.
