Account manager

As an account manager your key responsibilities will include, business development, price calculations, quotations, customer service and negotiations. 

Nolato MediTor AB is a company in strong growth and is part of the Medical Solutions business area in the Nolato group, Nolato MediTor is a well-known company in the industry, we develop and manufacture polymer medical products in partnership with global leading Life Science company.

We value long-term and strong relationships with our customers. Our products are used in medical equip-ment’s all over the world. Our company is located in Torekov on the beautiful Bjäre Peninsula.


Role responsibilities

You will work as Account Manager in a sales role and have a continuous and close contact with prospects and existing customers through on-site meetings, phone, e-mail and video conferences.
 
Key responsibilities will include, business development, price calculations, quotations, customer service and negotiations. All customer interactions are done in a proactive, constructive and professional way with good business and partnership in mind.  

The position is placed in Torekov. 

Background and skills

We are looking for an individual with a commercial drive that understand and have the persistence to enjoy long product & project cycles. 

To succeed in the job, we believe that you have the following background:

  • Relevant education or equal knowledge through work experience. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Relevant commercial experience, preferably in sales and/or account management or similar. 
  • Knowledge from polymer production and the techniques used. 
  • It is meritorious if you have experience from medical/pharma industry or from healthcare 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written. Additional  languages, especially German, is a plus.

Profile

As a person, you are driven, structured and solutions-oriented and have a combination of persistence and patience to balance the sales process. You are a team player that appreciate an environment with clear goals and are able to work effectively under pressure against set targets. 
We believe you are service minded, have a collaborative capability together with very good communication skills.
