Supply Chain Administrator

Located in Sligo, Ireland, Nolato Sligo specializes in injection molding for leading medical device, diagnostic, and pharma OEMs. Nolato Sligo is a part of the Nolato Group which is a Swedish publicly listed group with operations in Europe, Asia and North America.

 

The Supply Chain Administrator will support all supply chain activities providing an effective service to the manufacturing and commercial departments. Responsibilities span various facets of supply chain management, from production planning to procurement, customer service, compliance, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team in determining raw material, equipment and resources needed to cover Production demand.
  • Manage ordering and intake of raw materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and completion dates.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the company’s quality and cost requirements.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to negotiate favourable terms and ensure reliable supply.
  • Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
  • Act as first line of contact and respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, customer accounts and file documents.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource.
  • Collaborate with the Quality, Warehousing and Production teams.
  • Complete special projects and assignments as requested.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain or Production Planning essential.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and computer skills essential.
  • Knowledge of Injection Moulding/ Toolmaking is essential.
  • Interest and aptitude for further training in Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability prioritise to respond to Production’s ever-changing needs.
  • Excellent communication skills with very good attention to detail.
  • Positive and can-do attitude as you will handle a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise.
