What we do
We provide an extensive range of platform-based, general diagnostics and molecular diagnostic (PCR) consumables for clinical, chemical, forensic, research and industrial testing laboratories. Nolato manufactures both custom and standard items such as reaction vessels, pipette tips, cuvettes, PCR products, deep-well plates, microtubes and storage vessels on a large scale.High precision component and consumables manufacturing
We manufacture platform-based products for medical and diagnostic instrument lines as well as technically advanced precision components of various analytical and research instruments for instrument manufacturers supplying R&D, service laboratories, universities, hospitals and other vital institutions.
Diagnostic and PCR quality
Our products are free from RNase, DNase, PCR Inhibitors, endotoxins and human DNA. To ensure consistent quality of the highest level, regular quality checks are carried out at all process levels and in all production areas by trained personnel using state-of-the-art measurement devices.
Cleanroom manufacturing
We constantly monitor product quality and have continual cleanroom inspections and requalification by certified external audit bodies, ensuring the highest possible quality. All our manufacturing takes place in microbiologically controlled and 24/7 environmentally monitored ISO 14644-1 Clean Room Class 8 on cutting-edge, fully automated production lines.
