Nolato Vermont is looking for detailed oriented people to join us as Quality Assurance Technicians to help make sure we send only good product to our Customers!
Nolato is a global leader in precision injection molding and contract manufacturing for the world’s most successful healthcare, automotive, and industrial OEMs.
Join an organization that is respected throughout the industry for our advanced technology, quality, and innovation – all while enjoying the benefits of stable ownership, a collaborative culture, professional development, continuing education, global opportunities, and an exceptional benefits package.
As a Quality Assurance Technician:
You’ll work in either Bethel or Royalton, VT at our clean, climate-controlled production facilities — floor, office, lab — on a rotating 12-hour, 3/4 day per week schedule.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor you’ll make sure every product we produce meets our high standards and others like ISO 13485.
From collecting samples to inspecting product using measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and vision systems — that’s you.
You’ll also make sure that all GMP and GDP tasks have been performed and are correct.
When needed, you’ll be relied on to investigate quality issues and help solve production problems with your teammates and management.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must be obsessed with getting details right, have a mechanical aptitude, and have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years of work history in Quality or Manufacturing is helpful — especially in the medical device world or as an internal auditor — but not required.
We’re the (quality) police of the company. You must be able to confidently and collaboratively address and solve problems with a variety of people.
You must care about doing the little things right, showing up on time, and being a helpful and respectful teammate.
You must be able to independently read and interpret documents such as safety rules, written instructions, operating, and quality procedures.
You should be able to accurately create detailed reports and records for management.
You must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
