Bogumiła Kondracka

I started working at our medical manufacturing company in 2015. I enjoyed working in a cleanroom environment from the very beginning, with a well-coordinated team, a friendly manager and good working conditions. The opportunity arose to apply for the position of quality controller and I started my new post in 2016. I found it difficult at first, but my friends told me "you don't know what you're capable of yet" and they were right''. Over time, I began to take on new projects and new challenges. I have now been with the company for over five years, during which I've attended lots of training course's, which have increased my knowledge and I have achieved certification as an internal auditor.
Our company is constantly developing and I'm proud to be involved in the changes taking place at Nolato Stargard.

My motto "You don't know what you're capable of yet" has proven true at every stage of my career and remains with me to this day. I look forward to continuing to develop professionally at Nolato Stargard.
