Come join Nolato Contour's team as an inspector! You will be primarily responsible for inspecting production's parts, verifying the quality of product produced on your designated shift, and performing final audit and receiving inspection duties as required.

Nolato Contour specializes in injection molding and assembly of plastic and silicone for medical/pharma customers.

We have immediate openings for inspectors on 12-hour day shift and 12-hour night shift.

  • Perform in-process visual and dimensional inspection as required for each product type. 
  • Provide interpretation to manufacturing personnel as needed on part quality.
  • Generate product labels, as needed.
  • Be able to segregate/contain Discrepant Material and assign MRB’s as needed. 
  • Be able to work in and out of clean room area.  
  • Be able to work overtime as needed to support the business’s needs.  
  • Support and comply with all ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 Policies, Procedures, SOP’s, Work Instructions as they apply to the job classification or specifically assigned job and complete as directed all required training related to these standards.
  • Be open minded and flexible in handling changes for improvements.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and IQ System software desired.  
  • Additional training and education in precision measurement and related fields desired.  
  • Two years as a production operator or equivalent manufacturing experience. 
  • Experience in an ISO 13485 certified environment, knowledge of ISO 9001, and FDA standards and requirements are preferred. 
  • Experience with calipers, micrometers, indicators, height stand, optical comparator, non-contact visual inspection equipment, and coordinate measuring machine. Basic Blueprint reading ability, specification interpretation. 
  • Must be able to read, follow work instructions and have basic math skills
  • Must be an ambitious, quality minded, and self-motivated individual that can work in a team environment
  • Must have good attendance
  • Employee is required to sit, stand, walk, bend and occasionally lift or move up to fifty pounds.


  • 12-hour shifts from either 7:00 AM-7:30 PM or 7:00 PM-7:30 AM                                                                 12-hour shifts are on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule; 2 days working, 2 days off, 3 days working. Work 3 days one week and 4 days next week – have every other weekend off!
