Development

Plastic and silicone expertise
We offer high precision injection molding of engineering polymers, elastomers and silicone, including multi material and insert molding technologies, complemented by advanced processes such as extrusion, co extrusion, and form in place dispensing. Our expertise supports components requiring tight tolerances, EMI protection, environmental sealing, light weighting and long term durability. Automated production and in line inspection ensure repeatability for high reliability applications.
Converting expertise
We service the A&D industry with advanced stamping, laser cutting, die cutting, and laminating processes enabling the creation of complex components from both soft materials like foams, tapes, and plastics, as well as metals, all with exceptional consistency and tight tolerances. End-to-End box build services
We assemble complete electromechanical systems such as ruggedized modules, communication units and sensor housings. Our box build services include component integration, functional and environmental testing, and secure handling procedures, enabling customers to streamline supply chains and accelerate deployment.
