Responsible for fulfilling, tracking, and ensuring the timely delivery of customer orders. Will work closely with customer service, production, and quality to ensure all customer requirements are satisfied for shipments. Will also verify, organize, and maintain all shipping records by utilizing the associated systems. Will assist inventory control in the organization of product, performance of cycle counts, and movement of inventory as required.


 Maintains and organizes assigned work areas.
 Prepares and fulfills shipments as required from their assigned location.
 Organizes and maintains all shipping documentation utilizing the appropriate systems.
 Responsible for the accuracy and timely movement of all shipments.
 Assists inventory control with cycle counts and inventory movements as requested.
 Sends required customer ASN’s and documentation to the appropriate individuals as required.
 Provides back-up for all shipping areas and other areas as assigned.
 Assists and takes part in annual physical inventory and its associated duties.


 High School Diploma/GED.
 Previous work experience in shipping/warehousing preferred.
 Exceptional recordkeeping and organizational skills.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Outstanding safety record.
 Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced, team oriented setting.
 Ability to pull, pack, and lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
 Must drive or be willing to learn to drive a fork lift.
 Must have a valid drivers license.
 Flexibility to work additional early or later hours and occasional weekends as required.
