Warehouse Team Leader
Royalton Operations - Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse

- Communicates with customer service and uses AS400 to determine daily shipping requirements
- Contacts freight carriers as needed to ensure the timely shipment of product
- Provides Quality Assurance with a ship list during the daily production meeting to ensure final audits are complete
- Assists Molding Manager with material purchasing and production scheduling
- Maintains warehouse in a neat and orderly manner
- Conducts material transactions in AS400 as needed during month end and during physical inventory activities
- Oversees all receiving activity
- Performs daily AS400 shipping updates
- Supervises material handling function
- Performs inventory reconciliations, including regular cycle counts as directed by the Material Manager
- Monitors raw material levels and re-orders as directed
- Coordinates with Quality Assurance to ensure the proper handling of returned goods and incoming inspection of raw materials, excluding components
- Operates material handling equipment, company vehicles, etc. as necessary to load, unload, pick-up or deliver as needed to ensure an uninterrupted flow of raw materials
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, written instructions, and operating procedures. Written communications skills are a must, as this position requires that detailed documentation of each assigned molding machine be properly recorded. Must have effective verbal communication skills in order to communicate problems and issues as necessary.
- Requires a high school diploma, equivalent GED, or prior injection molding experience.
- May be required to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs.
- May be required to work OT and weekends as assigned.
