Located in Sligo, Ireland, Nolato Sligo specialises in injection molding for leading medical device, diagnostic, and pharma OEMs. We are currently seeking an Injection Moulding Operator to support the set up and production of Injection Moulding machines.

Duties will include:

• Support the set-up and running of machines to manufacture components for the medical device industry under the supervision of trained Technicians and Moulding Operations Engineer.
• Carry out basic machine and process adjustments as directed by senior team members.
• Assist in identifying and reporting defects to the Production Operations team.
• Communicate relevant technical observations across shifts as required.
• Support inspection and testing of parts using standard inspection tools.
• Complete basic quality documentation and records.
• Participate in training related to root cause and corrective action activities.

Skills and Experience: 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is essential.
• A strong interest in Injection Moulding / Mechanical Engineering is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• An aptitude and desire for structured training and development into an Injection Moulding Technician role is essential.
• Willingness to work under supervision while progressively taking on more technical responsibilities.
