Nolato's marketing activities

We are a highly decentralized company, structured to optimize short decision-making paths and enable input at all levels. This means each group company manages its own sales and marketing activities within a group-wide approach.

Nolato developed a tradition of responsible business conduct at an early stage, and caring about people and the environment became a natural element of this work right back when the company was first established in 1938. Today this responsible approach is described in the Group’s values document, The Nolato Spirit, and the concept of sustainable development is firmly rooted in the company’s strategy plans as well as day-to-day operations.
