What is your role at Nolato, and what do you find most exciting about your job?
I am an Engineering Manager. The most exciting thing with my job is to contribute to sustainability manufacturing and to reduce the environmental impact.

What are your biggest challenges, and how do you handle them?
I would say our competitors, most customers are looking for the best products at lowest cost, we tackle it by offering integrated solutions aligned with sustainability and social responsibility.

What has been your most memorable experience during your time at Nolato?
I wouldn't say I have one but because I've treasured many memories of how Nolato takes care of his employees with the highest values, focusing on the human side.

What do you think makes Nolato stand out as an employer?

Do you have any interests or hobbies outside of work that inspire you in your job?
I hike and do other outdoor activities with my family. When I am enjoying that time, I realize how important the life balance is and how Nolato contributes to it.

Bring all your great ideas, be proactive, open your mind and your ears, and it will lead to a great journey.
