Compashield is our own brand for molded and extruded EMI shielding gaskets in the form of cans, frames, tubes, sheets and components. The technique involves 2K-molding and over-molding, as well as extruding electrically conductive silicone rubber into a precise size and shape. The cross-section can be rectangular, solid or hollow in various shapes and dimensions.

Extruded EMI shielding gasket
Compashield® Sponge is an extruded EMI shielding gasket within the Compashield® product family. It features a sponge core and a conductive EMC outside layer.
The unique properties of the core prevent the gasket from collapsing, ensuring reliable and consistent EMI shielding performance. The flexible and easily compressible design allows it to accommodate large mechanical tolerances while maintaining effective electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection.
Compashield® Sponge is typically delivered as O-rings.

EMI Shielding & Environmental Sealing Gasket
Compashield® Multilayer is an extruded gasket designed to combine high-performance EMI shielding with reliable environmental sealing in a single integrated gasket solution.
The multilayer construction consists of a non-conductive silicone core and two conductive EMC outer layers. By integrating reflection and absorption within the layered structure, it delivers high shielding effectiveness while ensuring reliable electrical contact in demanding electronic applications.
